Drawbridge Terms of Use

Effective: November 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and High Noon Office ("High Noon Office", "we") about using Drawbridge at drawbridge.free. By creating or joining a pool, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Drawbridge.

1. What Drawbridge is

Drawbridge is a scoreboard. A Treasurer creates a private pool, invites friends, and sets a category, a time window and a gambling allowance. Each member pastes their public Polymarket wallet address. Drawbridge then reads each wallet's public activity and ranks members by their results within the allowance.

What Drawbridge is not:

  • It does not hold, take, receive or transfer money.
  • It does not accept bets, run games of chance, or act as a bookmaker or exchange.
  • It takes no cut, fee or commission.
  • It is not a payment, escrow or financial service. Nothing on it is financial advice.

All betting happens on your own accounts, on other platforms, under their rules.

2. Prizes are between you and your friends

Any purse, prize or side bet is a private arrangement among the members of the pool and is settled off-platform. The Treasurer is a pool member, not Drawbridge. The "paid" markers on the site are notes the Treasurer keeps; they don't mean Drawbridge moved, checked or guarantees any payment. We are not part of, and are not responsible for, any agreement, payment, dispute or debt between members.

3. Entertainment money only

Only use money you are prepared to lose entirely. Drawbridge is for friendly competition, not income. If gambling stops being fun, stop, and get help from a service in your area. In the US, you can call or text 1‑800‑GAMBLER, the National Problem Gambling Helpline.

4. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the legal age for betting where you live, whichever is higher. You are responsible for following the laws where you live, including any rules on betting, prediction markets and private pools, and for following Polymarket's own terms. Don't use Drawbridge where doing so would be illegal.

5. Polymarket

Drawbridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket. "Polymarket" is used only to name the service whose public data we read. We use Polymarket's public, read-only data. We can't place bets or move funds on your behalf, and we never ask for your keys or password. If Polymarket changes or stops its data, standings may stop updating.

6. Standings may be wrong

Standings come from third-party data and our own counting rules, such as which markets fit the pool's category and window. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Before settling anything, check the results yourself in your own betting accounts. Treat Drawbridge as a helpful scoreboard, not an official record.

7. Your account and links

Your personal link and sign-in cookie give access to your spot in the pool. Keep them private. You are responsible for activity that uses them. Only paste a wallet address that is yours, and only use a name and email you have the right to use.

8. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • impersonate someone or link someone else's wallet;
  • use offensive, hateful or illegal pool or player names;
  • harass other members;
  • try to break, overload, scrape or get around the site's security or invite limits;
  • use Drawbridge to run a commercial gambling operation or take a cut from others;
  • use it for fraud or money laundering.

We may remove content, pools or members, or suspend access, if we believe these terms are being broken.

9. No warranty

Drawbridge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including that the service will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. Drawbridge is free and can change or shut down at any time.

10. Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any money lost betting, any prize not paid, or any dispute between members. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law permits.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims brought by others because you broke these terms or the law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and if a change is significant we'll email the people affected. If you keep using Drawbridge after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

13. Ending use

You can stop using Drawbridge at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). Players can delete their account at any time, even mid-pool. A Treasurer can delete their account once their pool's window has ended. We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless your local law gives you the right to use your own courts. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out informally.
